The Wave™ Tip-On Feeder
In a tipping application, a friction feeder accurately places a flat tip-on product (media) onto another product (carrier) moving underneath the feeder. The media and carrier will typically be affixed together using glue sprayed from a hot melt gluing system.
The Wave™ Tip-On Feeder is a high-speed system that is very accurate when placing media onto a carrier. The feeder’s modular design allows it to be easily integrated to your existing equipment or configured as a turn-key system.
